By clustering similar clients together in various markets, RSM’s Procurement Department creates contractor relationships and obtains competitive rates which we are then able to pass onto our clients. Some of these relationships have been in place for over a decade!

Clients can use our web-based management tool to place work orders, approve proposals or run customizable reports for their business needs. From accruals to the work history of a particular location or trade for a given period of time, RSM Maintenance offers real time reporting tools to our clients.
