Steve Sargenti: President
Steve started RSM Maintenance in 1998 with his brothers Mike and Rob. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. Steve is an active member of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) and Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) organizations.
Wayne Knaub: Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Wayne joined RSM Facility Solutions in 2009 after spending 11 years on the client side of the industry in roles ranging from Store Facilities Coordinator at COACH to Director of Facilities and Energy Management at Charming Shoppes. For most of his career, he has either been an employee or a client of RSM. Wayne has an MBA from Penn State’s Smeal School of Business and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Management from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. He is currently a member of the Restaurant Facility Management Association’s (RFMA) Vendor Voice Committee. Prior to this committee work, he served several years as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for RFMA. Wayne has also served on various committees and also on the Board of Directors for the Connex organization.
Giving back to the community is very important to Wayne. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of SunServe in Wilton Manors, Florida. SunServe provides critical life assistance and professional mental health services with an emphasis on economically disadvantaged, marginalized youth, adults and seniors in the greater South Florida metropolitan area.
