RSM Maintenance Attends 2018 Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) Annual Conference
Several team members from the Operations, Sales and Account Executive teams attended the 2018 Restaurant Facility Management Association annual conference in Phoenix, AZ from March 4th—7th. RSM Maintenance has been a member of the RFMA (www.rfmaonline.com) organization since 2009.
“We look forward to attending the RFMA annual conference every year. This year was especially meaningful to us since we are celebrating 20 years in business,” said Wayne Knaub, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The conference is a wonderful place for us to see existing clients and showcase our business offerings to potential new customers.”
RSM Maintenance doesn’t just attend the annual conference, but its employees are heavily involved in the success of the organization. Wayne Knaub serves as a committee member of the Member Development Committee. Rick McMasters, National Accounts Manager, serves on the Conference Curriculum Committee.
