RSM Maintenance’s software system F.O.C.U.S. (Facility Operations Control Utility System) allows customers to place work orders, track progress of open requests, approve proposals and run customized reports from their office, home or while on the road.  F.O.C.U.S. helps you to manage your spend by location, by trade or by your full fleet of locations with real time reporting. 

F.O.C.U.S. is available free of charge to all RSM customers and you’ll have multi-level log ins.  Your Finance Department can log in to run month end accruals or a regional facility manager can see only his/her work orders.  We can also push status reports to you daily or weekly to show work orders that are recently completed and proposals awaiting your approval.  Our reports are viewable online or can be exported into Excel.

We currently offer XML integration with F.O.C.U.S. and other facility software solutions like ServiceChannel and Big Sky.  RSM Maintenance is committed to leveraging technology to minimize your administrative processes so you can be more efficient.
